What can I expect during my first visit?

The first person you will meet upon arriving to our office will be Shantelle. She will be available to assist you in providing us with the needed introductory information.

You will next meet Dr. Finley to discuss your past medical and dental treatment, your reasons for seeking care and what you desire for results. A thorough examination will then be completed. If necessary, images may be taken. The entire appointment should last about an hour.

Diagnosis and treatment require a detailed study of your mouth by way of clinical examination, x-ray interpretation and other diagnostic procedures necessary to achieve an effective plan of treatment. Your next appointment will be a treatment conference appointment. During this visit, Dr. Finley will discuss your existing conditions, necessary treatment to correct these concerns, time required and his fee for any treatment recommended. Your questions and participation in this conference are most welcome. Dr. Finley is interested in providing this sequence of visits because your understanding is vital to the success of your treatment.

You will receive your treatment by scheduled appointment, except for emergency situations. This method conserves your time and allows us to plan treatment for you so that services are rendered in the most effective sequence.
