Shantelle Martin Shantell is the most likely person to answer your call and the first person to greet you, when you enter our office. Shantelle will easily guide you through the initial paperwork and expectations of your first visit to our office. She is a graduate of the Academy of Acadiana for Dental Assisting. In her five years at Finley Periodontics she has worked in many capacities. Shantelle started as a surgical assistant, progressed to a treatment plan coordinator and now runs the daily operations from the front desk chair. Shantelle is quiet and focused as she organizes and guides each patient through all the facets of their perio care. |

Kristi Robbins Kristi is one of or treatment assistants, who will introduce you to Dr. Finley and lead you to the exam room. She graduated from the Acadiana Career College then went back for expanded duty training. She is responsible for assisting Dr. Finley in surgery and coordinating all of the tools and supplies needed to assure a safe and comfortable patient during surgery. Kristi brings to the surgery suite a calm and caring demeanor. The patients just love the gentle care she delivers. |

Sara Malero Sara is our newest treatment assistant. She will work in tandem with Kristi to introduce you to Dr. Finley and lead you to our operatory for your examination. She attended the University of Missouri and graduated from Acadiana Career College. Sara assists Dr. Finley during surgery and is also responsible for pre-surgical preparation and post-treatment clean-up. Sara handles each patient with a ready smile, a kind word and such compassion. Patient comfort is her number one concern! |

Nancy Pham Nancy is our newest dental hygienist. She brings to our office the latest and the newest techniques. Nancy has a dental hygiene degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She also has 2 years of experience in dental hygiene. Our patients love Nancy's ready smile. She is gentle and quickly puts her patients at ease. |

Keasha Castille If your visit is for periodontal maintenance or non-surgical treatment, Keasha will happily take care of you. Keasha has been with Finley Periodontics for 3years. Her degree in dental hygiene is from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Having twelve years in the dental field in many capacities, Keasha brings a wealth of knowledge to our practice. With a quick grin and a quick wit Keasha is one of the best in Lafayette and she makes the dental visit fun! |

Amy Thompson Amy is the fourth person you will meet when visiting our office. She is our Financial Coordinator. Amy assists patients in obtaining their care by providing financial and scheduling possibilities that fit each budget and need and coordinating their financial options. Amy successfully combines all these skills to insure the smooth efficiency of your experience with us, and she accomplishes all this with a warm smile on her face! Amy has been with Dr. Finley since 2005. She is also a certified phlebotomist . |

Sharisse Mouton One of the unsung heros of our office is Sharisse. Sharisse works quietly in the background coordinating the hygiene side of our practice. Sharisse has five years of experience in the dental field. She began her career at Finley Perio as a surgical assistant. Sharisse brings a lot of spunk and energy to our practice. Be aware she is our office prankster. |

Bethene Newland Whether working in the office or out in the field, Bethene has various responsibilities. She organizes patient post operative care packages, various monthly drawings, and helps foster relationships with our referring dental offices and their staff. She also facilitates quarterly seminars for the dental community. Bethene has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a teaching and pharmaceutical sales background. |
